The book is done! Well, it’s in production. Except for a couple graphic files. And one sidebar. Oh, and the acknowledgments. OK, I have a few small stragglers to hand off to my editor in the next few days—but really, for all intents and purposes I’m finally, finally done. It will take a while for me to get my brain wrapped around this.
